Jacqui Malins has been an ACT and Australian Poetry Slam finalist, a finalist in the Nimbin Performance Poetry World Cup and has featured at events including The Salt Room and That Poetry Thing in Canberra, Word in Hand Sydney and the National Folk Festival. She is also the co-founder and organiser of Mother Tongue Multilingual Poetry events in Canberra.

Cellist Julia Horvath has studied classically and played with bands ranging from Hungarian to heavy metal. She brings world, classical, contemporary and metal influences to her original music for Cavorting with Time – a playful yet poignant take on time, ageing and mortality in poetry and music.
