Losing things
So I bought this wristlet from Costa Blanca (not sure if it’s a Canadian store or what) last week and I was so excited cause it’ll hold all my cards in place! I put all my important cards into the card slots right away.
Oh man, but two days ago while I went to the mall with my friends, I noticed it was left opened (clumsy me). I didn’t notice anything missing either so I didn’t really mind it. Until I got home. There were these receipts I kept and one with store credit, worth around $20. AHHHHH. It really sucks to be me :/ It has my information (address, name, etc.) and I was just really hoping someone would pick it up and contact me.
I’m just VERY glad that my debit card and identification cards were already safe into the wristlet. But still… I’m still scared that I left some of my debit receipts in there (not that they can take my information, i think?).
GOSH I’m clumsy.
Aw man I hate losing things! I always get worried that something will drop out of my wallet. I don’t know why. I usually carry it in my bag so I don’t hold onto it, so if anything were to fall out it would fall out in my bag. But I still worry.
In Australia when you take out or deposit money, you get a receipt but they don’t have your details. They only have the last 4 digits of your account number, so people won’t have all the information. But I hope a nice person returns them to you anyway with that store credit too!
I know I’ve lost a scarf in the city and I must have dropped it in the street but no one told me. :( I DID drop my wallet in the city though and someone picked it up and tapped me on the shoulder. I didn’t even notice it was gone, that person was so honest.
Ahah I think my iPhone case is pretty good though because I’ve dropped it on occasions and it hasn’t broken. It probably was overpriced but I’m glad it works well haha.
Ahh I don’t even know how you could have a case on a case! I was thinking of putting my iPhone (with a case) in a pouch but I didn’t see the point, and now that I see the case is good, I don’t need to. :P
I have some friends who just NEVER get cold. My friends say I need more fat on me as a joke. Probably true but my friend wears shorts and shirts when it’s freezing and I don’t know how he’s not cold.
I hate loosing things! Once I lost a debit card, but I think that was in my own house though. I cancelled it straight away as soon as I couldn’t find it.
Good thing all your important stuff were still there. It probably fell out of the wristlet. Shame about that $20 though, lets hope someone nice finds it and send it to you :D
Oh, I absolutely hate losing things. When I was 12 years old, I lost my Mom’s wallet on the same day that she got her income taxes. :( Needless to say, I got in major trouble and I ended up not getting a new bike that year. :(
I definitely hope that someone is kind enough to return your lost items. :)
hmm dont think they can get your debit info from your receipts. I’ve never ‘lost’ my card or anything but I did save my card info on a domain registration site once, cancel the domain I purchased from them but they carried on billing me for another 2 years.. I didnt even notice the payments going out until I looked closer at my statements! hehe.
it really sucks to lose things especially things with identification. hopefully everything is good and nothing too important was lost!
The cases your got were really cute. I never knew they sold it that cheap in Pacific Mall. I thought it was more expensive.
OMG :( despite losing the $20 store credit, you’re so lucky!!! Wristlets are such tricky things though, funny enough the most common stories of losing receipts/cards I have heard relate to owning a wristlet :P maybe you should consider getting something else xD

I hate losing things tooo. :/ If you’re really worried about identity theft, you could just call your bank & tell them what happened so that they can monitor any unusual activity!
That sucks that it happened :( I hate when i loose stuff, it makes my day like so much worse :( And what sucks the most is that you can’t do anything about it. It bothers me. Anyway hopefully some nice person would find it or maybe it will just get lost and you have nothing to worry about. And i never heard of that store lol
omg i feel bad i haven’t return comments or done anything. I made a header for my new layout. yay! haha I deleted my blogs to clear space and FORGOT that i didn’t return comments. I feel bad/ such a mean person and a loser. I am suprised i still got comments. I’ve been so bad online.
I’m always heaps paranoid that something like that is going to happen to me! And I really hate losing things as well.
