a break already?
So for my interview, I wore a super awesome outfit that I borrowed from my friend. I have not heard from them yet… but I hope to soon.
I had driving class today… and I never expected it to be this hard. So many rules to follow… I can hardly do anything perfect. Exam is in 5 weeks and I really need to practice … classes and exam fees are not cheap, so I really want to pass on my first try :|

Sighh, anyways. This will be a crazy week. I have a long weekend since theres no school on Friday and Monday is family day. But it’s also Valentine’s Day and Chinese New Years on the same day. It’s gunna be busy but I’m sure it’ll be fun :)
Yeah, I know what you mean about the driving… my Dad tried explaining to me what to do when [blank] happens on the road, but I just, well, blanked out. o___o
Luckily for me though– two of my older siblings are already drivers, so I don’t feel the need to get my license atm.
Ah, you have no school on Friday too?
I love that we have Monday off, but it’d be even better to stay home on Friday tooooo!! lol
Maybe I’m pushing it–I should just be greatful for Family Day, hah

Driving to me wasn’t that hard infact I found it insanely fun and used it as my outlet quite often after I did get my license… It can be scary at times but for the most part it’s fun. Just like it can b difficult at times but once you’re used to it it’s pretty easy. I dont know about there but here watcch your spedometer when you take the test because here they dock you a lot for going over….
Ohhh you should see Avatar. Your knees will wobble when standing up from the movie theater because you’ve been sitting for so long though, lol.
OMG I know it was it so awkward when I saw him the next day because we’re such good friends and I was just like “Oh…hi. Lovely day we’re having!” and it was a blizzard outside. -_- Fail.
I don’t get to go to Drivers Ed till next year. I’m gonna be the ONLY sophomore in an all freshman class -_-. Epic Fail.

Driving used to be so thrilling! But now I know that there are actually rules to follow and all that stuff. I know how you feel ;p
My friends are getting their permit now but I’m just gonna wait until I’m 18 then just take the test and be over with it. My family can help me drive anyways :p

Yeah course selection really does suck. We had an assembly about it today at my school, and we have to have all our grade 12 courses selected by the 25th of feb. Seems like it’s so soon. I swear we don’t get enough time. D:

ahahahaha i felt the exact same way you did about driving when i was your age. when i was 12, i was counting down the years when i could finally get behind the wheel & drive. now that i’m turning 20 this year (god i’m old) & i’ve been driving for…5-6 years..GOD I’VE BEEN DRIVING FOR THAT LONG?!?!?!..anyway, it’s just the biggest hassle. I hate driving. I mean, I loveee my car but I hate driving. It’s just tiring. hahaha that sounds lazy but you always have to keep alert & be on the look out for other crazy drivers & what not.
But yes, many rules to follow. They’re all common sense though so they shouldn’t be too hard. You’ll pick them up soon enough.

I’ve recently had a job interview! apprently looking nervous is not a bad point! As everyone should be nervous, however as long you show them who you are then you’ll be fine ^^ good luck in both your driving exam and hope you get the job!

Yes, I do! I never got pocket money from my parents but they paid a lot of things for me. But I gotta give back somehow. I usually talk with my parents when I’m going to be spending money or splurging or anything, too… we’re weird like that. ^^

Aw man. My drivers licence expires in like July. I’ve had it for years. But I’ve never practiced… my mum hasn’t had the time lately either. And I know how expensive it can get, and sometimes the lessons are too. A few of my friends failed several times before passing. I’m so scared of that! I know it’s expensive and I don’t think about the money but it’s just totally nerve wracking.

Driving lessons are extremely fun because you can finally feel like you have the power to control the car and where you go…at least not right now since you are learning. But have lots of fun! :) It’s fun being able to drive. :)
Yeah don’t worry, you aren’t the only one who’s going to have a tough time picking their courses. There’s so much pressure on what you pick to take for Grade 12 because of what you’re planning to go into, and the universities and all that shit.
Haha, yeah, I actually do think that all some teachers do is go home and start brainstorming ideas to torture their students.
You’re very lucky that most of your teachers now are down to earth. I wish mine were the same way.
I agree. I hate teachers who can’t explain things and who basically… cannot teach lmao. It’s not my fault if my grades are low in their class, cause they’re the ones who need to go back to freeken teachers college. Rawr.
You know what I’ve realized with this post? Rules and Life. There are times that it feels like we want to break the rules, right?! But you know, at this age, I didn’t regret following the rules. Maybe at some point, we need to break them and stand for ourselves, but understanding that there’s a reason why there are rules helped me decide to choose the right path. Did I went to deep on this?
