16 going on 17
Yesterday I turned 17 :) I had a pretty good birthday ! It’s funny because no one believed that I was 16 before (I don’t look my age)… how are they gunna believe that I’m 17 now ?!
Family gave me giftcards and money. It was nice of my sister to actually get me something !
It’s like a keychain plush thing from the winter Olympics ! It’s so cute.
My friends got me cake and decorated my locker on my actual birthday :) I celebrated my birthday a day late with my friends. We went to Moxies and had dinner :)
Got another charm for my phone !
And this voodoo doll charm that will ‘watch over me’. Adorable !
I kinda feel that my 17 year will be a good one.
Exams are next week and I really have to get my work together and study hard for my math exam ! In exactly one week, this semester will be done!

oOOO I have one of those voodoo dolls too! Mine’s a purple one and it’s supposed to help me not to cry or something. They had a lot with different meanings and stuff, and my boyfriend and I bought ones for each other. ;)

I remember when I saw a cellphone charm just like that voodoo one. At first it creeped me out just because I thought it would give me bad luck; I already get enough of that as it is. haha. But from a close of view of the charm, it’s actually pretty cute!

I wish my friends were like that, but let’s just say they’re not THAT artistic with things – I think that’s because I only hang out with gay boys, haha; it’s cute though!
I hope you do well on your exams. Those could never be fun; we took them the week before Christmas vacation, being since teachers know we won’t study over Christmas break. :D

I’ve one of the voodoo dolls as well. It’s suppose to help me with my studies. Kind of creeps me out because I’m not really into the whole voodoo thing. I guess watching too much CSI is not a good thing. :x
